Our Technologies
Our processing plants specialize in the production of premium whey powders and milk-based ingredients using state-of-the-art membrane and drying technologies.
✅ Raw Material Storage
All raw materials are stored in modern, refrigerated systems to preserve their nutritional value and ensure the highest hygienic quality in the final product.
✅ Microfiltration (MF) – Złotów Plant
We use a microfiltration process based on ceramic membranes to purify whey without traditional pasteurisation and centrifugation. This process ensures superior microbiological and physicochemical quality of the raw material.
✅ Pasteurisation – Góra Plant
Thermal treatment reduces the microbial load of whey, ensuring food safety and stability during further processing.
✅ Nanofiltration (NF)
Nanofiltration concentrates whey up to 28% dry matter and performs partial demineralisation (45–50%) before evaporation, improving powder stability and nutritional control.
✅ Permeate and Condensate Management (RO-POL)
Reverse osmosis (RO) is applied to treat permeate and condensate, ensuring high-quality process water and reducing wastewater discharge – supporting both cost reduction and environmental goals.
✅ Protein Standardisation – Ultrafiltration (UF)
Protein content is controlled using ultrafiltration, enabling standardisation without additives. This ensures compliance with client specifications and industry norms.
✅ Concentration and Crystallisation
Final pre-drying processes include concentration in evaporators (up to 58–60% dry matter) and controlled crystallisation to ensure non-hygroscopicity — essential for stability in transport and storage.
✅ Spray Drying
Our high-performance spray dryers reduce moisture content from 40% to just 3–4%, guaranteeing long shelf-life and microbiological safety of our powders.
✅ Smart Packaging Solutions
We use precision-controlled 25 kg packaging lines with air extraction, metal detection, and sealing to ensure product purity and optimal bag shape. We also offer big bag packaging (500–1000 kg) for industrial customers.
